The valve stem axis of the pneumatic flanged metal hard seal butterfly valve is offset from the sealing surface of the butterfly plate and offset from the axis of the valve body passage. The valve seat rotation axis and the valve body passage axis form an eccentric angle, thus forming a triple eccentricity. When the butterfly valve is opened from 0°~90°, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will be separated from the sealing surface of the valve seat at the moment of opening. When it is closed at 90° ~0°, the conical sealing surface of the butterfly plate will contact and compress the valve seat cone. Shape seal. Therefore, there is no friction between the valve seat and the sealing surface of the butterfly plate, eliminating the possibility of wear and leakage.
