Structural characteristics of liquefied natural gas safety valve

Liquefied natural gas safety valve refers to the low-temperature LNG liquefied natural gas system. The opening and closing parts are normally closed under the action of external force. When the pressure of the low-temperature LNG liquefied natural gas medium in the low-temperature equipment or pipeline rises above the specified value, it will pass to the system Valves that discharge LNG and liquefied natural gas outside to prevent the pressure of the medium in the cryogenic pipeline or equipment from exceeding the specified value. Controlling low-temperature LNG liquefied natural gas not to exceed the specified value plays an important role in protecting personal safety and equipment operation.

Structural features:

1. The low-temperature safety valve has undergone low-temperature cryogenic treatment and can withstand low temperatures of -196℃.

2. The low-temperature safety valve disc material is chrome-plated or nitrided to improve the surface hardness of the valve stem and improve the reliability of the packing seal.

3. Gaskets for low-temperature safety valves have reliable sealing and restorability at room temperature, low temperature conditions and temperature changes.

4. Free start-up, reliable sealing, stable take-off pressure, etc.

5. The opening height is more than 1/4 the diameter of the throat, and the discharge volume is large.

6. The safety valve with a wrench can be opened manually with a wrench when the medium pressure reaches more than 75% of the opening pressure.

7. There are multiple connection methods of thread, flange and welding, and the welding pipe is detachable and easy to install and maintain.
