Structural characteristics of pneumatic V-type control valve

1. Pneumatic V-type control valve is a right-angle rotation structure. It can be used with a valve positioner to achieve proportional adjustment; V-type spool is most suitable for various adjustment occasions. It has a large rated flow coefficient and a large adjustable ratio. The sealing effect is good, the adjustment performance is zero sensitive, the volume is small, and it can be installed vertically. Suitable for controlling gas, steam, liquid and other media.

2. The pneumatic V-type control valve actuator adopts compressed air as the power source, and the movement of the piston drives the crank arm to rotate at 90 degrees, so that the valve can be opened and closed automatically. Its components are: adjusting bolt, actuator box, crank arm, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, cardan shaft.

 

Working Principle:

1. The pneumatic control valve is composed of an actuator and an adjustment mechanism. The actuator is the thrust component of the regulating valve. It generates corresponding thrust according to the pressure of the control signal to push the regulating mechanism into action. The valve body is the regulating component of the pneumatic regulating valve, which directly contacts the regulating medium to regulate the flow of the fluid. When the air hole on the right takes in air, the piston inside the actuator moves to both sides, driving the rolling of the middle output shaft, and the stroke angle is exactly 90 degrees, making the valve fully open. When the air hole on the left takes in air, the piston inside the actuator moves to the middle, driving the rolling of the middle output shaft, and the stroke angle is also 90 degrees, so that the valve is fully closed.
